Convert from siteswap

Plain (async) siteswaps only - digits 0-9 and letters a-z for heights 10-35, no sync/multiplex/x notation yet. A siteswap height and an RC number aren't the same unit and there's no single correct conversion, so this lists several plausible RC realizations (verified to actually parse and conserve balls) - pick one to load it and check it against the ladder/simulator.

Cheat sheet

A number (throw), - (empty beat) or an h (hold) describe a beat. Optional modifiers change the throw. Brackets can group them together. Here is a complete list:

3: throw, landing in 3 counts. single digits 0-9
11: Two throws in a row on 2 separate beats
{11}: wraps a multi-digit number ("eleven," not "one, one")
h: hold - still switches side, like a throw would
-: empty beat
s: straight - same side, suffixed
*: force a side switch
(1,2): sync - multiple hands/interaction points throw at the same time (comma is just convention - a space works too)
[1 2]: multiplex - throws several at once (convention: no comma here, unlike sync)
+: bounce - hit incoming prop immediately back out, prefixed
~: catch early, any time before this beat, suffixed
i / o: inside / outside path, suffixed
Name: a capitalized abbreviation names a body part - full list
Name:: throw from that part

Name&Name: trap - caught between two parts at once
r / l: force a side on a body part

Rules

The pattern repeats forever - the beat after the last one is beat 1 again.
Interaction side (left/right) switches at every hand action (a throw or hold made BY a hand). Non-hand actions (thrown from/to another body part) don't switch it.
A throw crosses to the other side by default, unless marked s - this applies to body parts too, not just hands: a left-footed F:1 lands in the right hand, unless it's F:1s.
